The Oliver Difference

Handbuilt in Hohenwald, Tennessee

Every Oliver starts as raw fiberglass and ends as a finished masterpiece — built entirely by hand at our factory in Lewis County, Tennessee. No outsourcing. No shortcuts.

How an Oliver is Built

01

Fiberglass Shell Layup

Each inner and outer shell is laid up by hand — layers of fiberglass mat and resin built up to engineered specifications for strength and rigidity.

02

Foam Core Bonding

Structural foam insulation is precision-cut and bonded between the inner and outer shells, creating the double-hull sandwich that defines the Oliver.

03

Shell Marriage

The two shells are bonded together with structural adhesive and clamped under pressure — creating a single, monolithic unit with no seams to leak.

04

Systems Installation

Electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and solar systems are installed by specialized technicians before the interior build-out begins.

05

Interior Build-Out

Solid hardwood cabinetry, solid surface counters, flooring, and all furnishings are custom-fitted to each unit.

06

Final Inspection

Every Oliver undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection before delivery — including a water test, systems check, and quality walkthrough.
